For a small monetary donation to a local charity, fans will have the opportunity to challenge Larry in several events, including a free throw challenge, two-point challenge, a game of Horse, or go head-to-head, one-on-one with Larry. Also, for a $10 donation, Larry will pose for photos with fans.
All basketball events are open to both adults and kids. A regular size basketball hoop for adults and a smaller hoop for kids will be on site at The Home Depot store all day from 10am – 6pm.
The basketball event with Larry Nance will take place from 12pm – 3pm. Depending on which basketball event the participant plays, guests will be awarded great prizes, including Larry Nance autographed items.
In addition, a special raffle will take place throughout the day. Items to be raffled off include autographed NBA basketballs, hats, t-shirts, photographs, and gift baskets.
All donations for the basketball events and raffles will benefit a local chapter of a national organization, one that is very close to Larry’s heart.
